Lyttelton Wastewater Work Package 4

Installation of 4.5 kilometre of wastewater pipeline connecting to the Lyttelton Harbour’s wastewater to an existing pump station (Pump Station 15) in Woolston’s Alport Place. This is the final stage of the four stage Lyttelton Harbour Wastewater Project.

This project included thrusting under the railway line to install steel casing to protect the pipes from the trains passing and horizontal drilling under the Heathcote river to install 535m of the wastewater pipeline.
