Fulton Hogan employee awarded the IPENZ Fulton-Downer Silver Medal.

Fulton Hogan employee Fritha Bevin-McCrimmon has been awarded the Fulton-Downer Silver Medal by IPENZ. The Fulton Downer Silver Medal – the President’s Award for Meritorious Service, recognises a member’s meritorious service within the engineering profession.

According to the judges, she demonstrated leadership in roles with emerging professionals’ groups Engenerate Canterbury, the Emerging Professionals Council of IPENZ and the IPENZ Canterbury Branch.

Fritha started her career with Fulton Hogan in 2011 as a graduate engineer following the completion of her Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) (Honours) from the University of Canterbury.

Now a Project Engineer, she has worked on several projects and says she has really enjoyed being part of the rebuild and being right in the centre of all the progress that is being made to restore Christchurch City.

Fritha’s Manager Sean Walsh says “We’re very delighted with Fritha’s achievement. She is a great example of how talented and passionate our Fulton Hogan young leaders are,”

“We’re committed to providing the tools, training and support needed to develop future leaders at Fulton Hogan.” he said.
