Established in 2019, the partnership between Fulton Hogan and Richmond Football Club provides flexible employment pathways to AFLW players during the football season and full-time work in the off season.

This has seen players take up various roles within Fulton Hogan across our work sites and offices.

The partnership supports the players to ensure that they can continue to build their career in construction, whilst pursuing their dream of playing AFLW with the benefit of building capability and capacity within the construction industry.

Fulton Hogan’s partnership with Richmond Football Club goes beyond supporting current players of the club. Being able to support our employees as they move clubs or states ensures that we can retain talented females within our business and the industry, providing them with financial surety and stability throughout this process.
