Report Serious Misconduct, Corrupt Or Illegal Practices And Behaviours

We’re proud of the good work we deliver for our clients and communities, but when practices or behaviours are not in line with our Code of Conduct Policy, or may be illegal, we want to know.

You can report serious misconduct, corrupt or illegal practices and behaviours through our YourCall service, a confidential whistleblowing hotline run by a specialist external provider that we use to handle such reports. YourCall alerts our Company Secretary when a report is lodged, and we follow it up accordingly.

Reports to YourCall can be made by either our internal people, or by external members of the public.

YourCall is independent, and reports can be made either by telephone or online. You can make a confidential report about any actual or suspected misconduct relating to Fulton Hogan or our subsidiary companies. You will remain anonymous, unless you choose to disclose your identity.

Other general grievance or customer complaint matters are best reported using the Get in touch functionality opposite where they can be directed to the appropriate operations for handling.
