This project involved the supply and installation of a pedestrian footbridge over State Highway 36 in Tauranga, including piers, abutments, concrete walkway, swales, a 10m footbridge on the east side and other associated structural works. The bridge was a 38.3m steel frame truss with GEOTUB modular 900mm columns and 1200mm dia columns using steel column mould.

Construction also involved the supply and installation of three pedestrian ramps, one 85m long on the western side, one 72m lower ramp on the lower eastern side and one 31m ramp on the upper eastern side. Construction of a shared pedestrian/cycle path connecting the new pedestrian footbridge to the existing shared pedestrian/cycle path was also included, along with incorporated feature lighting and associated electrical work, installation of landscaping, fencing and minor earthworks.
