Fulton Hogan’s Imraan Mohammed Wins At Z Energy People Awards 2014

Contract Manager, Imraan Mohammed, won the Emerging Leader Award at the recent 2014 Z Energy People Awards. The awards are organised by the New Zealand Contractors’ Federation and supported by Connexis, to recognise the outstanding achievements of individuals within the civil construction industry.

Imraan leads an award-winning and top performing team of 25 people working on the Auckland Transport Great Barrier Island and South East Urban Road Corridor Maintenance contracts. He has been with Fulton Hogan since 2004 and started his career as a junior engineer having worked his way up through the ranks managing a number of different contracts.

One of his career highlights to date was managing the Hobsonville Deviation project in Auckland. Completed in 2011, this was the single largest asphalt job in New Zealand, with a total volume of 220,000 tonnes and a value of $35m. It is officially New Zealand’s smoothest road, this 2.5 year project was completed with a clean safety record.
