Understanding & exceeding stakeholder expectations

Understanding and exceeding stakeholder expectations – including client, residents and business owners – was a key factor to the Port Phillip City Council calling on Fulton Hogan to maintain its vital community link for over 19 years.

The City of Port Phillip maintenance contract involves delivering maintenance services for civil infrastructure assets – comprising footpath, road, signage, furniture and drains.

Throughout the life of the contract, Fulton Hogan has built a strong relationship with the community and continues to focus on understanding the diversity of the residents throughout the municipality, as well as understanding and appreciating the impacts our work has on them.

Keeping the needs of our customer in mind is always important and Fulton Hogan introduced innovative and cos-effective solutions to maintain the city’s roading network, including the first trials of slag asphalt and 100% recycled cold asphalt in Victoria.
