The Deputy Prime Minister, Warren Truss, and NSW Minister for Roads and Ports, Duncan Gay, joined the Leighton Fulton Hogan Joint Venture (LFHJV) and Roads and Maritime Services (RMS) in December to open the Woolgoolga Bypass 10km northern section of the 25km Sapphire to Woolgoolga upgrade to traffic before the busy holiday season.
As part of Fulton Hogan’s ongoing commitment to give back to the local communities our teams banded together donating their time, energy and efforts to clean up popular areas ahead of the holiday season.
Over the next ten years it is estimated that Christchurch will see between NZ$30 – 40bn worth of construction, as a result of the earthquakes of 2010 and 2011. Not only is Fulton Hogan an integral part of the Stronger Christchurch Rebuild (SCIRT); the alliance established to manage the rebuild of all horizontal infrastructure, but many of our regional Canterbury business units are working on and supplying to SCIRT, and the broader rebuild.
Fulton Hogan’s road maintenance crews will remain a familiar sight on Melbourne’s roads following two recent contract wins in the city’s beachside area of Port Phillip and in Melbourne’s south eastern suburbs.
