Report Serious Misconduct, Corrupt Or Illegal Practices And Behaviours

If any practices or behaviours involving Fulton Hogan or our people are not in line with our values, standards, or may be illegal, we want to know about it.
Serious misconduct – such as fraud, corruption and other potential breaches of the law – can be reported through our Your Call service, a confidential whistleblowing hotline run by a specialist external provider. We treat every report of misconduct sensitively, respectfully and confidentially and all investigations will be conducted in a manner that is fair, objective and affords natural justice to all people involved.
You can choose to remain fully anonymous, share your details with Your Call only, or share your contact details with both Your Call and Fulton Hogan.
When making a report of serious misconduct, you should include as much information as possible to ensure that Fulton Hogan has a reasonable basis for an investigation and to support a rigorous and efficient investigation process.
