Shareholders of Fulton Hogan are invited to attend a livestream of Fulton Hogan’s 71st Annual General Meeting (AGM commencing at 3pm NZ DST) and Special General Meeting (SGM scheduled for 4.15pm NZ DST, immediately following the AGM) on Thursday 26 October 2023 at a location listed below.

Voting facilities will not be available at livestream locations. If you wish to vote, proxy forms, which were included with the mail out of the Annual Review, need to be lodged 48 hours prior at the registered office of the Company.
