These discounts are subject to change, so it pays to check it out with the retailer first. We also encourage you to check out what other offers are available in the market, as we don’t guarantee these will be the best available at any point in time.
Some discounts require proof of employment at Fulton Hogan, we recommend you use your employee number as listed on your payslip, have a digital or physical copy of the top of your latest payslip or your ID card (regional).
Automotive
Staff Fuel Discount
All permanent and fixed-term staff are eligible for a staff discount BP fuel card. Fulton Hogan has a national fuel agreement with BP. The price of fuel is calculated weekly and updated on theHub.
To get this offer, fill out both a direct debit form and application form found on theHub. This is direct debited from your nominated bank account either on a weekly or monthly basis depending on your pay cycle. It is important to remember there is a daily transaction limit of $200 and a monthly limit of $1,000.
The price listed on theHub includes GST but is exclusive of regional fuel tax. Regional fuel tax will be added to the price of any product supplied to a location where regional fuel tax applies. Fuel cards are for fuel only and cannot be used for retail purchases, such as car washes, coffee or food.

Repco
As part of our relationship with the Repco/Appco group, all permanent full-time and permanent part-time staff at Fulton Hogan receive a discount. This ‘Genuine Trade Workshop Discount’ is available at all Repco retail stores.
Simply advise the Repco staff of your Fulton Hogan employee code at the time of purchase (this code is located on your payslip). Please note this is mandatory – these codes are preloaded into the Repco system.
Trade discounts range from 10% - 70% depending on the product.
Bridgestone Tyres
Exclusive Bridgestone tyre discounts are available to all Fulton Hogan employees. To redeem this offer show proof of employment at Fulton Hogan in any Bridgestone store. Cash transactions only.
Travel
Air New Zealand
Air New Zealand has offered all Fulton Hogan staff a special rate for a Koru Membership.
Air New Zealand will provide Fulton Hogan employees with a special employee Koru membership rate of $689 per person for each 12-month period. They will also waive the $255 joining fee for new members.
Employees must apply for the Koru membership using their work email address to be eligible for this discounted rate and it is only applicable to full-time or part-time employees and is not applicable to contractors. International Travel insurance
Employees and accompanying Spouse or Partner and Dependent Child(ren) are welcome to use the company travel insurance for international travel (the employee must be travelling with the family members to get the insurance).

Avis Rental Cars
Start booking your next getaway with Avis and enjoy discounted rates anywhere in New Zealand and Australia. The whole of Aotearoa is within reach thanks to the Avis network of 38 locations across the motu. An additional charge per day will apply for insurance.

DOC Discounts
Fulton Hogan staff can receive 30% off a DOC Backcountry Hut Pass. If you are planning on making multiple stays within a 12-month period, a Backcountry Hut Pass will save you money. It gives you unlimited use of most serviced and standard huts, as well as most campsites outside serviced huts, for the period of the pass.
Fulton Hogan staff can also receive 10% off bookable DOC campsites and DOC sole occupancy family lodges and cottages.
To access these discounts, you will need to set up your own account in the booking system (if you don’t already have one). You can then make the booking in the DoC (DOC) system and then email channelhelpdesk@doc.govt.nz with your work email (including what email your booking is under, if it is not your work one) or with proof of employment requesting the discount be applied to their booking.

Accor Hotels have offered Fulton Hogan staff a discount when booking personal travel. To take advantage of these rates, follow the below steps:
- Go to All.com or the ALL.com mobile app
- Enter destination or hotel name, dates, room and guest numbers
- Click on “Special rates”
- Enter your All 16 digit loyalty membership number, if you have one. Otherwise sign up for additional benefits.

- Rates will be visible to book only if the property has availability on the dates requested and provides this discounted rate.

Hirepool
As a Fulton Hogan preferred supplier, Hirepool have extended their discount structure to include all Fulton Hogan employees. All plant and equipment hire under 1.8 tonne attracts a significant discount. There is a price book on theHub which is updated annually.
To take advantage of this discount, employees need to show proof of their employment at Fulton Hogan and hire on a personal basis i.e. cash sale. NB: Discounts do not apply to portaloo hire, events hire, vehicle hire, and most heavy items over 1.8 tonne or some specialist products.
PlaceMakers
As an employee of Fulton Hogan, you are able to receive staff rates at PlaceMakers.

Microsoft Home Use Programme
If you use a computer at work you are eligible to participate in the Fulton Hogan Group’s licensing arrangement with Microsoft in the Home Use Programme (HUP).
This enables you to get a 30% yearly subscription discount on the O365 Home or a Personal licensed copy of Microsoft programme. This may be installed on up to a maximum of three computers in your home. You may continue using this HUP software while you are employed with Fulton Hogan.
To access the Microsoft Home Use Programme web site, follow the steps below:
1. Go to MicrosoftHUP
2. Enter your work email address (note you must use a Fulton Hogan email address (e.g. @fultonhogan.com) and click to get started. An email will be sent to your work email address. Open this email and click “login with Personal Account”.
3. You will be directed to a page where you will need a Windows Live login to process (Fulton Hogan emails won’t work at this stage and therefore the creation of a personal Live account is required).
4. Once you have logged in with your Live account you will be able to access the discounted prices.
