Comprehensive Scope of Services.

Under this contract, Fulton Hogan manages potable water, wastewater, and stormwater systems across the CIAL campus. Responsibilities include SCADA monitoring, compliance reporting, asset renewal planning, and emergency response. The team ensures continuous supply of safe drinking water from source, pump stations and while maintaining reticulation networks.

• Continuous live SCADA reporting and dashboard of plant operations.

• Installation of a 22kW solar panel system on PWTP2, integrated with SCADA to monitor and report on energy harvested.
• Deployment of a valve exerciser unit to improve emergency readiness.
• Hosting and administration of CIAL’s GIS Portal for real-time asset data.
