Being environmentally responsible is something we take seriously at Fulton Hogan. That’s why we’ve created our own source of biodiesel. GreenFuels manufactures biodiesel from 100% recycled rapeseed (canola) oil. We collect cooking oil waste from local restaurants and fast food outlets, and GreenFuels turns it into biodiesel — a more sustainable alternative to diesel.

The cooking oil is filtered and blended with regular diesel or sold alone as 100% biodiesel (B100). Every tonne of cooking oil used in biodiesel reduces carbon emissions by at least two tonnes when compared with traditional mineral diesel.

Our Canterbury based drivers have been safely using biodiesel for the last four years; helping reduce our carbon footprint.
