What you need to know

Starts from mid-April 2026

You’re seeing this page because you’ve just received a text from Fulton Hogan confirming your mobile number. Thanks for checking in.

This is part of a security change to Salesforce that will affect some frontline users.

What’s changing?

Salesforce is introducing Multi‑Factor Authentication (MFA).

From time to time, when you sign in, you may be asked to enter a one‑time code sent to your phone by text message.

When will I notice this?

From mid-April, when you’re completing your eTimesheet in Salesforce.

Please make sure you have your mobile phone with you when submitting your eTimesheet.

Do I need to do anything?

Before the change is in:

Once the change is in:

Do I need an app or does this cost me?

  • No.
  • No app required
  • No cost to you

Fulton Hogan is handling this in the background

Need more information?

Your HR Partner, IT Coordinators and Finance teams have already been informed that this change, and the text you received were coming. They will have more details on the specifics of the change available from Wednesday next week.

Thanks for taking a moment to read this. These changes help keep everyone’s information safe while keeping things simple for you.
