Fulton Hogan helps kick-start the careers of 80 graduates across New Zealand and Australia every year through our Graduate Programmes. For engineering or finance graduates, we offer a true learning on the job experience that gives you a full view of our business and can set you up for life. We also encourage new people into our industry through scholarships, apprenticeships and cadetships. Once on board, it doesn’t stop there!

Our Early Careers programme has a range of pathways that can help you launch your career. Whether you choose to join us as a graduate, apprentice, cadet or an intern, you’ll gain a range of experiences and knowledge.

In Australia we offer 18-month Graduate Programmes in four key areas: infrastructure, construction, finance and utilities. Each give you an opportunity to get a full view of our business and the experience to help lead us into the future.
