Lee Revell, Chief Operating Officer – Utilities
Lee has been with Fulton Hogan since the middle of 2012 and in that time has overseen the profitable growth of Fulton Hogan’s Central Region Construction business and more recently its Communications and Water business. In January 2018, Lee took up the role of Chief Operating Officer – Utilities. As a member of the Fulton Hogan Australia Executive, Lee’s role is to build a long term and sustainable business in the Utilities sectors of Communications, Water, Wastewater, Power and Gas.
Key responsibilities include winning and delivering long term programs of work for key clients to the highest of quality and safety standards, whilst generating exciting employment opportunities for Fulton Hogan’s staff, and returning strong and reliable returns for Fulton Hogan’s shareholders.
Prior to his time at Fulton Hogan Lee spent 5 years with Leighton Contractors in various operational and commercial roles, and before that, with BAE Systems and Tenix Defence in various operational, commercial and project positions.
Lee’s qualifications include a Masters of Commercial Law from Macquarie University and a Bachelor in Business – Labour Relations from the University of South Australia.
Mark Vince, General Manager – Water Power Gas – Utilities
Over the past 5 years Mark has established the Fulton Hogan Utilities business in South Australia. In this time he and his team have secured multiple Programs of Work with South Australia’s Principal Water Utility initiating strong organic growth and ensuring a sustainable, low risk, client focused business. Mark has developed a remarkable culture within his team that promotes enduring relationships with subcontract partners, suppliers and customers maintaining Fulton Hogan’s reputation as one of collaboration, honesty and trust. With the success of Fulton Hogan’s Utilities business in South Australia Mark is now leading a strategic replication of this model throughout Australia.
Prior to Fulton Hogan Mark held senior project management roles at Leighton Contractors (20 years) and a number of other construction companies where he gained extensive experience across the oil & gas, manufacturing, mining, infrastructure and defence industries. Mark’s grass roots qualifications began with an electrical unrestricted license and have been enhanced over the past 35+ years in the construction industry with an abundance of project management related credentials, gaining Inspectorate Certification and for a period practiced as an SRM facilitator.
