Our New Zealand and Australian businesses share a common Board of Directors and Executive Management Team, led by the Group CEO, Cos Bruyn, and supported by a leadership team in all states and regions across Australasia.
In New Zealand the business is managed by a Chief Executive Officer – Construction (major projects and civil construction), Domenic De-Fazio, and a Chief Executive Officer – Regional Business (regional contracting, surfacing, manufacturing and asset management), Graeme Johnson.
The Australian business is led by a Chief Executive Officer – Australia, Nick Marinelli and supported by a Chief Executive Officer – Construction (roads, bridges, water, airports, rail, ports, energy & mining), Duncan Gibb. Currently the position of Chief Executive Officer – Industries (surfacing, manufacturing and asset management) is vacant and Nick Marinelli is providing leadership to this operational stream.
