Graduate Leadership Program (New Zealand)

Where do you want to go?

At Fulton Hogan, our engineering and finance graduates are our future. Our graduates can become managers and leaders, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of Fulton Hogan.

Our programs include structured rotations, based around our key competencies, and support both engineering and finance graduates in gaining their professional registrations. Graduates are also assigned mentors to support them to achieve their career goals.

We believe in getting out there and having the courage to give things a go with respect, energy and effort, a good attitude and strong leadership. Our 12-month program is designed for you to experience all that Fulton Hogan has to offer by giving you the option to work across our surfacing and manufacturing (asphalt production, laying and quarrying business), civil construction business, or within the corporate finance teams.

Engineering

As an engineering graduate, you’ll learn the science of producing asphalt and other raw materials to maintain infrastructure surfaces at one of our facilities, along with the technical know-how to tender for and estimate jobs.

Throughout the program, you’ll also gain valuable experience working on infrastructure projects and building project management skills, whilst focussing on safety, quality, and sustainability.

The Fulton Hogan Graduate Leadership Program gives you the opportunity to travel and work across New Zealand, helping to build civil construction projects, while laying the foundations of civil infrastructure for communities across the region.

Finance

As a finance graduate, you will be exposed to real projects out in the field, learning everything from commercial accounting through to corporate and management accounting. We support all our finance graduates as they complete their Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ) program, and develop individual professional training plans which are supported by a professional mentor.

See where you can go

Fulton Hogan takes your career to places you never thought you’d go. Best of all, you get to choose the direction you want to go and we give you the tools to get there.

Applications are now open, closing on the 31st of July 2018.
