Graduate Leadership Program (Australia)

2019 APPLICATIONS NOW CLOSED

At Fulton Hogan, our engineering and finance graduates are our future. Our graduates can become managers and leaders, playing a pivotal role in the ongoing success of Fulton Hogan.

Our programs include structured rotations, based around our key competencies, and support both engineering and finance graduates in gaining their professional registrations. Graduates are also assigned mentors to support them to achieve their career goals.

We believe in getting out there and having the courage to give things a go with respect, energy and effort, a good attitude and strong leadership. Our 18-month program is designed for you to experience all that Fulton Hogan has to offer by giving you the option to work across our surfacing and manufacturing (asphalt production, laying and quarrying business), civil construction business, or within the corporate finance teams.
