Thriving communities

Water infrastructure is fundamental to the survival of healthy, thriving communities and Fulton Hogan helps keep it flowing. From planning and design management through to construction, commissioning and maintenance, Fulton Hogan has a strong track record of delivering the infrastructure needed for secure, safe water supply, constructing dams, pump stations, pipelines and treatment plants.

Our independence, combined with our collaborative approach, allows us to work with customers under a wide variety of contracting arrangements, whether construct-only, design and construct, public-private partnership, alliances and joint ventures. We have a strong record of working together with other parties to deliver critical projects within tight time-frames, enhance project deliverables, and increase the amount of capital assets within a defined budget.

Extensive specialist resources

We draw on our extensive pool of specialist resources, including civil, mechanical, process and electrical engineers, alongside commissioning specialists, to deliver and test projects for our partners. We have the experience to work on both greenfield and brownfield developments, helping water authorities and local government meet the challenges presented by asset life cycle management.

As communities expand, demand for water steadily increases and producers of food rely on irrigation to support summer production, especially in the drier regions of New Zealand and Australia. At Fulton Hogan, another of our community-building specialties is bulk water storage projects. We have the experience, people and technology to provide effective solutions for dams and reservoirs, even in challenging terrain. Our irrigation expertise spans major projects in New Zealand and Australia, where we have designed and built the dams, intakes, channels, pipelines and pump stations to help make land more productive.

Decades of experience

Fulton Hogan draws on decades of pipeline and pump station experience and has a well-established track record in complex operations, such as live sewers, outfall and trunk sewers, as well as water mains, stormwater systems and remediation works. We use our experience in this area, coupled with our skilled concrete construction teams and project management capability, to complete projects that are on time, within budget and meet the specified performance standards.

Fulton Hogan is a renowned leader in asset management delivery. Asset owners can be reassured that their systems are being manage by asset management industry experts, with more than 50 years’ proven experience.
