The technical team work with various customers and suppliers to develop new technologies and strategies that improve and enhance civil contracting practices and processes.

General Manager – Technical
Dr Bryan Pidwerbesky
Dr Pidwerbesky has more than 25 years experience in the civil contracting/ construction industry. He has committed much of this time to researching pavement design, material and construction. He has also lead investigations into skid resistance, heavy duty and forestry pavements design.

Road Asset Manager
Simon Hunt
Simon has over 15 years experience in road asset management and has become an expert in road network management strategies for a number of contracts in New Zealand and Australia. Simon has also undertaken significant investigations into smart practices for unsealed roads.

Sustainability Manager
Michael LeRoy-Dyson
Michael has been involved in environmental management, auditing and regulation since 1989 and lead sustainability related training and development for Fulton Hogan. He also reviews environment risk management and policies and practices.

Resource Consent Manager
Jonathan Green
Jonathon leads the preparation and management of resource consent application and processes. He also plays a vital role in stakeholder consultation and preparation of submissions on District and regional Plant. His extensive knowledge and experience has seen him present expert evidence at council hearings.
