For more than 35 years we have supplied high quality precast and prestressed concrete products to the New Zealand construction industry. 

From small beginnings in Dunedin and Balclutha manufacturing some Stahlton products under licence, Fulton Hogan acquired the Stahlton Prestressed Flooring business in January 2001. Significant capital investment in the years following acquisition saw Stahlton grow four-fold to become a major force in the industry. 

Further acquisitions of Precast Components (Wellington) Ltd and five Stresscrete factories in 2007 saw Fulton Hogan grow to its current premier position in the industry.  The ten branches around New Zealand were amalgamated and re-branded as “Stahlton Engineered Concrete”, a Division of Fulton Hogan, reflecting the strong, proud brand that Stahlton has established over the years.

Stahlton manufactures a wide range of products from flooring systems for the building industry to large bridge beams for the civil engineering industry. It offers full design services to owners, builders and specifiers and, through continuous Research and Development, is able to enhance existing products and develop new products. 

Investment in new technology, equipment and leading software solutions enables Stahlton to provide better value for money to clients and enhance efficiency and quality.
