We operate our own port facilities throughout New Zealand, receiving bitumen shipments and blending them for supply to the market.

Fulton Hogan also operates emulsion and polymer plants around the country.  We manufacture world class bitumen emulsion and polymer products for use in asphalt, slurry or spray seal applications. We can supply direct to the market or provide a fully integrated solution from inception to the completed product constructed on the job.
Our sophisticated laboratory facilities are used for product development and quality assurance.
