Fulton Hogan is a major player in the New Zealand residential land development market.

Over the last 10 years we have been a partner in the development of Dannemora, which consists of 3800 residential sections in South Auckland. As that project ends, the same partnership is working together on another 3000 sections in the Orewa/Silverdale area of Auckland.

The partnership holds further development land in the Whangarei region.
Another partnership is working on residential and industrial land at Pokeno, south of Auckland.

In its own right the company has other land holdings in Hobsonville and in and around Christchurch, with holdings in Lincoln and Halswell, and it has also completed the Broad Oaks subdivision in Christchurch.
