Gold Coast Airport Upgrade, Queensland - AU$20m
The project was the first major infrastructure extension for the airport since 1981 and involved major upgrades to runway, taxiway and apron facilities within a very tight nine month timeframe while the airport remained operational.
Fulton Hogan met all revised target dates and achieved all quality standards. All environmental issues managed successfully and no Lost Time Injuries incurred in over 97,575 man hours.
