Fulton Hogan Acquires Pioneer Road Services
Fulton Hogan has acquired the remaining 50% shareholding of Pioneer Road Services (PRS) from Shell Australia Limited, providing it 100% ownership of the company.  The acquisition will increase Fulton Hogan's Australian turnover and employee numbers by approximately 60% and see the addition of 35 asphalt plants across Australia.  This acquisition positions Fulton Hogan as leading Australasian asphalt and surfacing company.  For more information click here.

STT Joins Fulton Hogan
Fulton Hogan has recently acquired Hanson's Specialised Tanker Transport (STT) division. The integration of STT into Fulton Hogan's Australia business reflects the company's continued growth and commitment to vertical integration. For more information click here.

Fulton Hogan opens South Australian asphalt plant
Fulton Hogan has opened a new high capacity asphalt plant in South Australia located on the Northern Expressway project site, 40km north of Adelaide. The plant is a major boast for the South Australian operation and will supply 430,000 tonnes to the Northern Expressway project. For more information click here.
